Born and raised in the bustling streets of Queens and Long Island, this New Yorker has conquered the legal world with his extensive knowledge and expertise. Mr. Fazli's passion for the law is evident in his exceptional education background. Not only did he earn a degree from a rigorous law school, but he also holds a bachelor's degree in legal studies with a focus on in-depth analysis of the law. Juggling full-time jobs while completing full-time college and full-time law school simultaneously is a testament to his dedication and hard work, a less common path among most lawyers.
Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Fazli gained valuable experience in the finance and investment industry on Wall Street. Mr. Fazli earned a Certificate in Insurance Claims and CPT Coding, and utilized this knowledge to create a successful start-up company for health insurance claims. As a result, he has acquired a strong grasp of medical billing codes, aiding him in personal injury cases to better understand the complexities of medical treatments.
But that's not all - Mr. Fazli's dynamic personality caught the attention of John Morgan, founder of Morgan & Morgan, America's largest injury law firm. Nicknamed "The Go-Getter" by Mr. Morgan himself, Mr. Fazli received comprehensive training in handling personal injury cases and learned how to take on unscrupulous insurance companies that deny rightful compensation to claimants.
Fast forward to today, and Mr. Fazli is renowned for his exceptional closing skills. He has settled cases with jaw-dropping six-figure settlements that other attorneys had given up on. With more than 22 years of experience working across law firms in Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, Mr. Fazli remains committed to helping victims and small businesses, always keeping big corporations in check.
As a true self-made success story, Mr. Fazli knows the value of hard work and determination. He understands the struggles of juggling a full-time job while attending school, supporting his parents and family, and overcoming the hurdles of everyday life. Nikki Murphy

A native of Massachusetts, Mrs. Murphy earned her Bachelor of Arts in just three years at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she designed her own Music Business major through the University’s Bachelor’s Degree with Individual Concentration program. Mrs. Murphy went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee while also completing the Entertainment and Music Business Law Certificate program offered by the University. During her time at Belmont, Mrs. Murphy was a member of both the Entertainment Law Society and the Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court. Concurrent to her academic responsibilities, Mrs. Murphy devoted much of her spare time to volunteering with Nashville Metro Animal Care and Control.
Mrs. Murphy’s interest in the law began long before her official enrollment in law school, namely in her role assisting a NIOSH certified “B”-reader radiologist expert witness with trial preparations for pending asbestos litigation lawsuits. In that capacity, she evaluated and compiled summary reports of various medical, radiographic, and legal materials.
During her time in law school, Mrs. Murphy interned with a professional sports league, where she assisted with the editing of player contracts, franchising and licensing agreements, as well as league policies and procedures. In addition, she held an internship position with a publishing company, in which capacity she worked to resolve copyright clearance issues.
After passing the Massachusetts Bar Exam, Mrs. Murphy has specialized in anti-money laundering, counterterrorist financing, and financial crime investigations while employed by a major banking institution. In this role, she interacts with and provides pertinent information to representatives of various law enforcement entities, including IRS-CI, the United States Secret Service, Homeland Security, and the FBI. In the course of her employment, Mrs. Murphy attained the designation of Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). In a separate role for a company specializing in personal injury and maritime claims, Mrs. Murphy has assisted with preparing clients for trial by analyzing and outlining an abundance of medical and legal materials. Throughout this span of time, Mrs. Murphy has also volunteered with the New England Innocence Project, wherein her duties have included preparing summaries of briefs and court decisions for publication in web-based promotional materials.
By virtue of her experience in the aforementioned positions, Mrs. Murphy has accumulated a wealth of expertise in the areas of financial malfeasance, personal injury law, maritime law, intellectual property law, entertainment law, and contract negotiations. A former employer of hers has attested to her impressive abilities and unwavering diligence by stating that “Mrs. Murphy is a highly intelligent, detailed-oriented, extremely organized and hard-working individual who takes her job very seriously.”
In her free time, Mrs. Murphy enjoys hiking alongside her husband, John, as well as her two dogs, Hemingway and Tennessee. She endeavors to travel as widely and as often as her schedule permits, and yet is equally content to savor a quiet day at home in the company of a strong cup of coffee and a good book.

Ayesha Chaudry

Attorney Ayesha Chaudry is a lifelong resident of Connecticut. She earned her Bachelors of Arts with a focus on biological sciences at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut. From there, Ms. Chaudry went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Western England University School of Law.
Licensed to practice in both Connecticut and New York, Attorney Chaudry focuses her practices areas on immigration law, family law, and personal injury law. Her interests in these specific areas of law stems from her passion for helping people as well as serving and representing her clients. Ms. Chaudry remains committed to serving clients across the United States in a vast array of immigration matters ranging from family-based immigration to business and employment-based immigration matters to representing clients in removal proceedings before immigration courts.
In addition to immigration matters, Ms. Chaudry assists Fazli & Associates with personal injury cases. Her international background, along with a fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu languages, allows her to effectively communicate and zealously advocate for many of her South Asian clients.
When she is not advocating for her clients, Attorney Chaudry enjoys cooking, listening to music, spending time with her friends and family, and playing with her two-year-old nephew in her spare time.

Her level of experience and background, along with a fluency in Hindi and Spanish languages, allows her to effectively communicate and zealously advocate for many of her clients. She does not hesitate to litigate matters when needed. Attorney Basu remains committed to serving clients across the State of Texas.
